{"id":14476,"date":"2018-05-29T14:34:54","date_gmt":"2018-05-29T18:34:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/id-ashley.cms-devl.bu.edu\/researchsupport\/?p=14476"},"modified":"2018-05-29T14:34:54","modified_gmt":"2018-05-29T18:34:54","slug":"deadline-for-iacuc-submissions-approaches","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/id-demos.cms-devl.bu.edu\/bu-filtering\/2018\/05\/29\/deadline-for-iacuc-submissions-approaches\/","title":{"rendered":"Deadline for IACUC submissions approaches"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>If you have a protocol expiring in July, <strong>please submit your renewal by June 1.<\/strong> \u00a0All other submissions that cannot wait until after Click goes live must be submitted by June 1.\u00a0If you cannot make the\u00a0June 1 deadline, please contact the IACUC office.\u00a0Submissions received after June 1 may have to be reentered in Click.<\/p>\n<p>In order to migrate protocol information from INSPIR, there will be a five-day blackout period where no changes to protocols may be made in INSPIR.\u00a0 This blackout period is scheduled for June 11 \u2013 15, 2018.\u00a0During this data freeze, the protocol shells will be migrated from INSPIR into Click.\u00a0 Shells for CRC protocols will also be created during this time.\u00a0 Once the protocol shells are created, a pdf of the currently approved protocol will be attached and will serve as the document of reference during the transition period.<\/p>\n<p>Go Live is presently scheduled for June 18, 2018.\u00a0Once Click goes live, this IACUC software will be used for both BUMC and CRC and will replace INSPIR and paper protocols.<\/p>\n<p>Training sessions will be held beginning the first week in June.
