This form can be found in BU Works by going to the Business Warehouse &gt; Finance Tab &gt; Asset Relocation folder as seen below.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/researchsupport\/files\/2017\/10\/image1-636x392.jpg\" alt=\"Image of BU Works screen showing Asset Relocation folder\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-11896\" height=\"392\" width=\"636\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Ben DeGennaro and Sarah Neveux are starting the biennial asset inventory and are finding instances of equipment no longer being on site. Please ensure that your lab personnel are aware of the rules and that they cannot throw equipment away without letting us know.
